Corona Virus Update
Following advice from central government, Havering Active are suspending all sports training, leagues, festivals and events until further notice.
We will assess this on an ongoing basis and review the service in due course but for now, all trials, training, weekly, holiday and funded sessions will stop. We will keep everyone updated on when the sessions will restart, and any changes to this stance will be updated via emails, social media and our website.
If you are able to continue with some sort of physical activity, and as long as it is in line with government guidelines around isolation and at risk groups, we would recommend you do so. This may be a brisk walk near your home or a home workout. There are many readily available online resources for a quick and easy to follow workout in the comfort of your own home. Para Art 2020
Our friends in the Arts Team have put together a fabulous 2020 schedule for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Sessions are suitable for those aged 5+ and will be located at the Fairkytes Art Centre in Hornchurch - a lovely venue for much creativity to take place.
Activities across the year do vary, but may include: arts and crafts, clay modelling and music with the T.I.M.E group.
