Beginner judo classes for all abilities from ages 5 to older adults. Sessions encompass a variety of exciting and enthusing aspects of the sport, from strength and conditioning, agility and balance to self-defence and the traditional fundamentals of Judo. We will endeavour to design an inclusive programme for all abilities.

There is also a ladies judofit and conditioning circuit which is non combative but encompasses the fitness regime of a judo player, all levels welcome.
