My aerobics classes are an enjoyable but easy mix of aerobics, dance, latin, boxing, yoga and pilates styles. I use the latest hits and some 'oldies but goodies' to motivate and keep it fun and interesting. I have designed the routines for all adults of any abilities and levels.
