It's time to get your dancing shoes on!

Latin & Ballroom dance classes run by LBH Culture and Leisure start during the week commencing 26th September. The majority of these classes take place in the evenings at Coopers Coburn & Company School, HOPWA House and New Windmill Hall and cater for ALL levels from complete beginners to advanced. Come and join our launch & information night on 14th September at New Windmill Hall, 7.30-9.30pm. With Strictly Come Dancing only around the corner, it’s a great time to learn some new steps! Havering Health and Sports Development Team have sports activities for children and young people taking place during the school summer holidays. Activities include Sports Camp, family fun days, athletics, street dance, archery and cheerleading. Sports Clubs in Havering are also offering summer activities. click here.

The Hylands Community Amateur Sports Club is pleased to open its six tennis courts to the community free of charge on Sundays between 14.00 and 16.00 hrs during term time. MEND Programme recruiting for families

Mend is a free healthy lifestyles programme for children aged 7-13 who are above a healthy weight. The 10-week programme is for children and their parents, and teaches families about nutrition and how to eat a balanced diet, as well as learning how to be more active. The programme helps families make changes gradually, so you can stick to your new healthy lifestyle, allowing you to feel fitter, healthier and happier for good.
